1. Agreement & Scope of Application
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether acting in an individual capacity or on behalf of a corporate body, cooperative, or institution, hereinafter "the Client") and Ronnel Group Limited ("Ronnel Group", "Company", "we", or "us").
By placing an equipment order through our online cart, submitting an engineering quotation request, engaging our geological survey teams, or accepting equipment delivery, you expressly agree to these terms in full.
2. Engineering Quotations & Custom Sizing
Due to the technical precision required for hydraulic borehole pumps, solar PV arrays, and industrial power equipment:
- Preliminary Estimates: Equipment labeled as "Quote on Request" or "Quote on Callback" requires direct technical sizing by our engineers (taking into account borehole depth, dynamic water head, daily volume requirements, or electrical load profiles).
- Validity: Written formal engineering quotations issued by Ronnel Group Limited are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise due to global forex fluctuations.
3. Payment on Delivery (POD) & Electronic Invoicing
Ronnel Group Limited provides a transparent Payment on Delivery framework:
- On-Site Inspection First: The Client is entitled and encouraged to inspect all equipment (cables, casings, solar panels, inverters, or generators) upon physical offloading at the site before settling payment.
- Authorized Payment Channels: Payment must be made directly to Ronnel Group Limited via official M-Pesa Buy Goods / Paybill, certified bank transfer, or corporate cheque. Field logistics drivers are not authorized to accept personal cash for their own accounts.
- Official Invoice & QR Verification: Upon payment confirmation, an official Tax Invoice / Receipt with a digital security stamp and QR Code verification will be generated by our backoffice and transmitted to your email.
4. Turnkey Installation, Piping & Commissioning
Where the Client selects "Turnkey Installation Required":
- Ronnel Group Limited deploys qualified technical technicians to install, wire, pipe, test, and commission the equipment.
- The Client agrees to ensure safe physical access to the site, appropriate foundation preparation (for water tanks/generators/solar mountings), and water/electrical source availability for testing.
5. Manufacturer Warranties & Guarantees
We take pride in engineering excellence and supply only Tier-1 certified equipment:
| Equipment Category | Standard Warranty Period | Warranty Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Tier-1 Monocrystalline Solar Panels | 10 – 25 Years Performance | Factory defects & linear power degradation |
| Hybrid Solar Inverters & MPPT Drivers | 2 – 5 Years Replacement | When protected by surge suppressors |
| Submersible Borehole & Booster Pumps | 1 – 2 Years Mechanical Warranty | Proper control box protection & dry-run sensors |
| Diesel Generators (Soundproof) | 1 Year / 1,000 Operating Hours | Scheduled oil & filter maintenance compliance |
* Note: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from external lightning strikes, dry-run burning due to lack of water sensors, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
6. Equipment Inspection, Replacement & Returns
If any item delivered has factory defects or shipping damage detected during on-site inspection, Ronnel Group Limited undertakes to replace the item free of charge within 24 to 72 hours via our emergency logistics dispatch.
7. Limitations of Liability & Force Majeure
While hydrogeological surveys adhere to top geophysical standards, subsurface geological formations, fractured granite, and aquifer yields depend on natural hydrogeological conditions. The Company is not liable for delayed timelines arising from force majeure events including impassable roads during severe regional flash flooding or civil unrest.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved amicably through mediation, failing which it shall be referred to the competent courts of law in Nairobi, Kenya.
